@ Zafanili.. I re-worked it a lil bit. I actually followed your advice and took into consideration, the benefits, and salary and tried to strike a balance.
U Con and UB has excellent benefits.
Tell you what though, This list does not include my first two choices. Both are community based programs but are close to my home so I am putting 'em up top no matter what.

@ shigella. Totally agree with you. This hospital, it's environment, workload on the interns, the neighborhood and the interview itself was a horrible nightmare. I would have not ranked it at all had the match been not so tough this year.
