I dont think we just give antibiotics in a sickler with pain crisis, the cause of pain crisis is not bacterial infection You have to treat the cause. so Rehydrate 1st. My own answer to 1st q was actually C b/c I looked at the BP and thought that its Ok so will go for I/V ketorolac for pain kill. but that cleared my concept
when they draw blood they do CBC
