0.8 *body weight in Kg first trimester.1.0 units*body weight in Kg in the second and 1.2 units*body wieght in Kg in the third.divide the total dose(units) in 2/3 in the morning and 1/3 in the evening. now again divide the morning dose in 2/3of NPH and 1/3 regular and the evening dose in 1/2 of NPH and 1/2 of regular.
