in ischemic colitis?

In Chronic mesenteric ischemia (someone coming with chronic post prandial pain)

any case of acute abdomen with peritoneal sign best initial is AXR...........

okkkk..i know that but if pt does not have peritoneal signs? these cases can present without peritonitis...then please answer from the options provided..

angiography is always most accurate so if we have to choose between usg and ct as initial step..i guess it should be ct .
but please explain this for me. i always get these answers wrong...is there a logic by which we can get these answers right?
