I have:

3. Kaplan QBook and Kaplan Lecture Notes 2008-2009. I can provide you with links of these for free with the deal.

4. NBME forms. I can provide these for free with the deal.

I have materials for Step 1 and 3 as well.

All are as editable pdf files. Very convenient to use. You can highlight them and add your notes on them for later revision, not to mention the time (and money) they™d save you. See the samples for yourself.

Please note that the UW 2009 are JPGs (meaning pictures). Not editable yet.
As for Kaplan QBank 2009, it's PDF, but not editable for now.
