What is the Diagnosis Psoriasis arthritis, reiters? - acha
#1

I had a question in the exam. The pic of ( the left hand) showed a deformity of the joints like the one you get with rheumatoid arthritis and some skin patology like Psoriasis over the fingers and hand. The patient also had high levels of uric acid. They asked for the initial treatment and continuous treatment to avoid deformity.

What would be the diagnosis ? I was confused between reiters, Reumatoid artritis, Gout and Psoriasis.

I know that psoriatic arthritis afects the distal joinst (dip) and reumathoid arthritis afects the (pip) and the wrist and I know that the treatment for both of them (psoriasis arthritis and reumatoid arthritis) is the same ( initial nsaids then continue with metrotexate to avoid deformities)

What do you think??
