I've qeus Do we have to check BP in sitting and lying down position in dizziness,confusion cases.OR just tell them they need that and I 'll contunue with rest of the exam.cvs and cns.

NO do not waste time on BP.
Do you know how fast 15 min go???
Just mention to patient you will need to take BP in sitting and lying and mention in work up in PN
