Is it ok to take notes during the interview or do you have to maintain eye contact with the SP all the time?

its ok if u write some notes while asking Qs. but first u have to ask pt. "Mr.Tucker i would like to write some notes while im asking u Qs, is that ok with u?"

if anybody have any other good way to ask, most welcome.

1 more thing dont write when pt is talking with u.. dont break eye-contact.
