complet atelactesis VS plural effusion - zado999

Can anyone tell me what the difference between complete atelactesis and lung effusion on X ray?

Position of trachea may be different (I need to check too)

Both cause whitening of the x-ray but atelactasis causes pulling of the mediastinum (pulling not pushing)

shifting of mediastinum towards atlectasis and one important point is blunting of costophrenic angle which can only be seen in pleural effusion not in atelectasis
