Hi Guys,
I'm really in a desperate situation.My LORs which I was suppose to receive last week are still not here.I have not applied yet.I really don;t know what to do.I'm going to India this weekend to get new copies of the LOR.....I hope to courier them by next wednesday......when should I apply?Can I apply now or only after I get the LORs?Or after they are uploaded.I'm really depressed......please help me.

I think you should apply; some programs downloaded only part of my application first, without LOR; even in the first few days, when the LOR were not uploaded yet, programs downloaded whatever was available and relogged later to download the rest. So, I guess you should apply now; waiting longer might be a disadvantage. GL!
