This years scramble is really useless for IMGS who need visa.
Before i could access NRMP/ERAS all positions are filled up. highly frustrating

how can visa be an issue here ? are you sure all positions are filled ?

Visas are probably not much of an issue, or less than you think. As a US citizen, born and raised here, I'm fairly certain visa holders beat me out of a spot on a regular basis.
