how to recognize torsade in ecg - methotrexate

can anybody explain in simple terms how to recognize torsade in ecg.i only know the causes of torsade but dont know how to recognize it in ecg.pls somebody help.

torsade means rotatin around the axis....so ekg will b like and irregular graph around the base line......

causes- class1A and class3rd antiarrhythmics,TCA,antipsychotics esp ziprasidone,antihist-terfenadine and astemizole.also some macrolides
