( he also using name MICHAEL TOBAYOS, he was recently operating in Chicago public libraries, and in Chicago local universities libraries.
DESCRIPTION; African American male 30-40 yeas old (possibly Jamaican or Nigerian origin), be CAREFUL with him.

because he doesn't know the difference between obsessive compulsive disorder and obsessive compulsive personality disorder? i mean, everybody has to know that difference! if you don't know the difference, you will definitely fail the exam ( j/k )

Is there something more to it than just not knowing the difference between OCD and OC personality? We all make mistakes here and there, this one piece of information will not cause us to fail the whole exam. What I'm asking is... did you you feel like he didn't give you good information overall. what makes him untrustworthy? Please respond back, thank you
