i think its cushings syndrome.As the hormone causes demargination of neutrophills causing relative absolute neutrophilia.

why not A as it is probably a bacterial infection and neutrophilia is seen in it?

because in any bacterial infection u can see complete increase in leucocyte count,including the neutrophills,monocytes...So then u cant call it absolute neutrophilia.
In viral infections there is lymphocytosis
In bronchial asthma there is eosinophilia as its ans allergic rxn
SLE is autoimmune disorder with some leucocytosis but no absolute neutrophilia.
