h/o blunt abdominal trauma and peritoneal signs and his BP is 110/80 and HR is 75. What is next step?
a. CT
b. DPL
c. Laparotomy

here pt is hemodynamically stable.. ans is CT
if pt is hemodynamically unstable, ans is DPL/ sonogram..

presence of peritoneal signs in patient with h/o blunt abdominal trauma requires laparotomy even he is hemodynamically stable. KAPLAN SURGERY
