Phone Interview from Mclaren FM program - fmg.86

guys, i got an email from Mclaren fm program, saying that, they will conduct a phone interview for 10 -15 mins, and then, decide if there will b an on-site interrview.
I never heard of such an interview, but i have been told that its not uncommon.
so what can i expect during the interview... and has anyone been interviewed by Mclaren in similar fashion???

Hi fmg.86 even I had a similar phone interview and it was very general just few questions regarding ur experince ...thats it and then i got selected for personal interview after 2 days...so take it easy.all the best.

General q as in our past work experience and all ? or is it more regarding personal - as in - What are ur weaknesses? waht are ur strengths? those kinda questions?

Do they consider our current observership if we let them know?
