Q30: A 54 year old man comes to the physician because of a 3-month history....
Q49: An otherwide healthy 8- year old man is scheduled for endoscopy.....

Block 4

Q13: A 16 year old girl is febrile & incoherent.....
Q40: A 6 year old girl who is recovering from a severe step throat.....


I need the correct answer with explanation please..
