hyperosmolarity is best stimulant for ADH

ADH regulation - secreted in response to increased plama osmolarity and decreased blood volume.
hypertonic saline - increased plasma osmolarity - increased ADH

Oh ok...So increase in Sodium, which means increase in plasma osmolarity = increase in ADH release !!

Got it !

ADH maintain the osmolarity and aldosterone THE VOLUME
BUT when there is hypovolumia THEY BOTH WORK TO INCREASE THE VOLUME
