A 24 yr old man presents for evaluation of a 4 months history of postprandial diarrhea, weight loss of 9 lbs, and lower abdominal pain. He denies recent travel or antibiotic use. On PE, his T is 38 C, and he has several oral aphthous ulcers. On abdominal examination, there is tenderness and mild voluntary guarding in the RLQ.
