Check the news ! From now onwards, doctors who go to US for further studies will have to sign a bond that they will return after their studies or else they will not be permitted to practice in the US. US nowadays asks for a NOC from the Indian govt before allowing them to practice in US- is it applicable now? Does that apply to Doctors who have settled with their families in the US years before ( but yet to do their residency in US) and have become citizens already? I hope not.
