in pt encounter if we don't get any clue in history taking so wat is the best qs to ask pt so he/she can gv us a direction which way to go

dude u r clue is written outside the room on that sheet where it says name , age , complain and vitals ( if that clue is not enough i dont know what else u need )

beside once u asked all possible Q about the complain ...the rest is all review of system and PMH , PSH, social and medication...etc
