Yeah guys, I was so upset and confused with all this drama. I couldnt study for a week. Let us be focused in our work and worry when it comes to it. And I totally agree that this is done to prevent everyone from using the waiver rule, cause now most of the students use the J1 to get into good programs and then use the waiver. So I think its for that now, I'm so sure the number for the J1 visa this year were so high..

for noc we need to get a surity of a gegeted officer who is left with 7 years service.How is is it possible for rural people whose relatives are not govt employes to get it signed.Can they issue a bank guarentee insted .
