If I buy the token and still do not apply this year, will I be considered as a repeat applicant next year ?

Also, is there a deadline for buying the token ?

Why would you wanna buy a token this year if you are unsure whether or not you will apply?

Did you finish your CK, CS and Step 1?
did you get together LOR?

if not do you think you can have all the above completed by September-October at the latest??

You can buy tokens anytime I think you might have until Nov. 1st
