whats the deadline when every document should be available for program to download.because to get LOR is a difficult task.
if someone know IMG friendly program list plz E-mail me at sunappleus

every program has their specific deadline
your competition is applying with full supporting documentation on september (15th), so probably better you apply around then with whatever you have

Some programs will not offer an interview unless ALL documents are available. While others might be a bit more lenient.

Sooner the better. As iowa suggests apply on the 15th with what you have and have the rest of the documents trickle in. I would have ALL documents in by November and even then its a bit of a stretch.
