hi. is it necessary to always start with a physical exam? or can we write orders first?
how much does sequencing play into the score?

in the office for example:

ie. physical exam and then bhcg
or can i take a bhcg and then proceed with a physical exam

In office case, do Physical exam 1st and then order beta hcg along with other tests.. then forward clock to see beta hcg result.. Its takes only 5 min to check beta hcg result.. and depending upon test result, you can order treatment for pt..
