I am so sad my exam is due in 1 week and i got 240 on name step3

Is it NBME2? Many on this forum scored low on NBME form 2.
NBME 3 seems to be more reasonable as assessment test.

I would suggest taking both NBME 3 and UWSA, or one of them to see where you stand.

Mino, you mean you got 240/800 in both NBME 2 & 3?
As you can see from score report, you're likely to have quite many areas to the left that you will need to work on. Given you only have one week left, it would be hard to improve in such short amount of time.
