How are you guys memorizing all those equations... - freshmind1

I already went over those and I'm still struggling to recall them. I'm working to memorizing all those phsysio equations, but I don't think I will remember all those renal/cardio/pulm equations like ICF equation, RPF, URFR, ...

Haven't signed up since I'm not above 200 yet. I'm working on my weak areas. I'm weak in physio/genetics/cardio/bioc/micro and so I'm working on these. It's taking so long.

I'm just going over FA+Pathoma and not doing any questions at the moment since I'm working on memorizing formulas and other things I keep forgetting on these subjects.

I finished UW few months ago, took nbme and it was below 200. I have been working on these subjects from FA and Pathoma since then and haven't done any questions.

hey...y dnt u do micro wid a sp. like throw qs 2 each other. u knw tat way u rem stuff .
who is also findin it hard doin micro. n also i believe u shud make ur own imaginations .. im nt good at those but i can giv u 1 exmple
Suppose say Pasturella.. sounds smethng like pasteurization of Milk { jus 2 remembr} . so cats drink milk . so the transmission is via cats.
n u knw wen u drink excess milk,u become fat ( CELLULITIS) lol i knw its funny. but this is jus an example. u can try diff stuff which u think u can remember. n i knw FA has give way too difficult mnemonics than thereal stuff :p

Nice... Saramle. Thanks for the advice. I already made lots of weird stuff up like that too. lol with weird drawings of cartoons doing stuff.. lool.. It's hilarious when others see what we came up with to memorize and sometimes embarrassing, but you gotta do what you gotta do to put it in your brain. loll

I'm mostly having issues with the formulas and physio/genetics. I thought I was good at genetics after finishing FA genetics and going over UW, but no... NBME tells me I suck at genetics/physio.

So, hopefully, after memorizing these forumlas/other stuff and doing some qs on them I improve.
