Hi
I am a FMG with low scores/ attempts got an offer for psych prematch. I did my residency in IM in my home country.
I have total three ivs, two psy prematch one family med in the match... I definitely want the FM.... But risky not to prematch
Questions how hard to enjoy psych?
Is it easy to switch after pgy1
Should I wait till fellowships like neuropsychiatry, sleep, pain

IMO, if you just want to get matched, accept the offer.
Yes, you can apply again for FM next year and change if got matched.
Doing residency for one year is a way better than doing USCE or nothing. 1-Year Residency plus step 3 will strongly improve your CV for the next match.
Good luck.

take the offer. 3 interviews is not a lot at all and not taking it and only having 1 program in the match gives a very low chance of matching unfortunately . next year your year of grad increases and you wont get significantly more interviews than this year, so its risky. GL in your decision

Why wouldn't you take the offer? Unless you have connections at the 1 FM program it's too risky
