Hello our nice friends,

I submitted the online application process of ECFMG , now I am confused with three kind of forms : 1,(form 345). 2,Form 186 that needs public notarization and 3,(Form 186 that doesn't need public notarization).

now I have printed all and I am confused that which forms can I send to ECFMG and which forms that I can send directly to my medical school with my medical school diploma

please help me.

is a process... as my school participates too, I sent all the doccuments that ECFMG asked me directly from the school, bc the responsable person in the uni must donthe process ( not a notary certified bc I eas doing that by the school)... once I sent it they answerd me via email, and to the school... I think u need to clmunicate with yout school to know who is the person incharged

just go to resources...download ecfmg booklet 2015..its all given there pretty simple..
