NBME 3 low score what should be next step - drjugalchahwala

Guys please help, really confused

got NBME 3 score 280/180. exam in 3 weeks, UWSA pending-planning in 2 weeks before exam.

finished UWORLD 58%, MTB once.

what you suggest guys. should I postpone/ give chance for uwsa or do another qbank,
which would be better- kaplan qbank or consult?
