What's wrong with people who have excessive loud burbing, that would shake the entire building lol? What does loud and longer burbing indicate? I'm thinking digestion problems?

lool..

Lots of gas and maybe trying to break world's record of loudest burper. I know some who have such contest everyday and they are mostly boys.
