Answer is C. X-linked Recessive Diseases will effect 50% of males (Only need 1 X to be affected) & 50% of daughters will be carriers. Females need to be HOMOZYGOUS in order to be affected.

ohh now i get it, the disease is lethal in utero , so 50% male will die and 50% will be alive, thats why a ratio of 2:1
