can anyone please tell me how to auscultate the heart in a woman for the csa.....because we have to do it without much exposure .....how can we do it smoothly?

Ok I passed. Now remember to play the game! These SP's are not medical and would not know a thorough examination if it bit them on the ass. To examine a woman I listened just below the "wire" on an underwired bra, in the breast cleft for the tricuspid area and then the rest as usual. Just look slick and confident whatever examination you are doing and you will be fine. That is the most important thing.

Auscultate above the bra for a woman, ask her to lift her breast and auscultate where ever you can in 1-2 places.
