no, Quebec is the only one that required it.

For people who recieved their SON. I got the email last week and ECFMG already recieved it last week as welll but I am still waiting for it in the mail and it has been a week now. How long did it take for you to get it in the mail?

got mine last night. applied for son on the first day. you should get yours soon and i am guessing by the end of this week.
