Hb travel on electrophoresis - sam2016
#1
I know Hb travel distance on electophoresis depends on charge so more negative will travel further towards the anode.

So, this is the sequence:

HbA > HbF > HbS > HbC/HbA2

I want to ask about Hb Bart and Hb H ?? where do they fall in here ??

Hb Barts and Hb H are very fast moving and very unstable. They go beyond Hb A.
