Need 2 LORs in 1 month, - ibench85lbs

Dear every one,
i already have 2 LORs from home country, all well known professors but in surgery + 1 LOR from Dean insists that i graduated at top academic performance. Keeping these in case i need LORs but I'm sure they are not valuable much for my application.
Will give CK by august-25th ( Thursday) this year. So i have 1 month to get 1-2 LORs from US.
Please give me any recommendation, the cost won't be problem since i decided that i can't stand another year. Thanks in advance.
Ps: I want pathology/ IM.

Use home country Lor only if you cannot acquire is Lor most of the times home country lor's are not even looked at
