Anyone applying this year? Looks like it has been getting more difficult to match as an IMG in the past couple of years

As a prelim, it isn't as difficult. As a categorical, it is! Stick to the criteria set by on the programs' websites (where the exist) and look at the list of their residents (particularly in the first 3 years), if you see IMG's then the program is likely IMG friendly and you can give them a shot.
