Retaking my step 1 - radiobuddy2015

Hello friends

I am planning to retake my step 1 exam and have submitted a online application to ECFMG on 3rd Nov, 2016. However application process still shows pending. I can only take exam before 15 January 2017, coz that's when my step 2 CK scores expires.

I had called ECFMG but only answer I get is you have to wait.

According to my knowledge, such applications for step are forwarded to National boards . Unfortunately when I tried calling NBME, I got recorded message " they don't answer IMG ".

I really need some advice how to go about it.

Do you mean the 7 year cutoff where scores expires or ? couldn't figure out what you are asking. I have retaken step2 last year and now preparing for step1 as my scores expired too.
