Adding new LOR to application..... - learningg

-could we add new LOR after Sep 15, to our already submitted application. if we upload a new LOR on ERAS, is it possible to select only new LOR on Document page on ERAS to assign it to the program.

- OR, the only option is we email new LOR to PC/PD of the program directly.

1. you CAN add a LoR after submission of your application (do this at ERAS, a maximum of 4 per program)

2. NO after you assigned a LoR to a program and apply it is locked (you cannot erase it)

3. you DONT have to send the letter directly to the PD.


So, lets say you applied on the 15th with 3 LoR all you can do is add a 4th letter but programs will see the 4th letter.

2017peludi..so 3 previous LORS plus new 4th LOR will be available to the programs, you mean.??

- also while uploading new LOR i will select only the new one on ERAS document page.??

1. yes, the 3 previous and the 4th will be ALL available for the programs.

2. yes, if you click a program and select "assign" you will see that all previous 3 are selected and you cant do anything about it, but the 4th will have the possibility to be selected. just select and click save.

3. if you want to do it faster just go to the letter click "assign" and select all the programs.
