I got also skype interview last week. It was fast and precise, I don´t know if someone did in person interview but they said they would not accept more applications through email and had to apply direct through eras.

I gave it a try very recently and applied through ERAS but no reply from them. Not even a simple acknowledgment or delivery report.

NOTHING!

maybe they already have their list.
