How do IMGs preform in Residency compared to AMGs? Are AMGs more skilled when it comes to Procedures and Resident task? What kind of training do US medical students get ?

When compared to AMGs, IMGs may be less skilled with the procedures in US. It will be tough to get into the positions where AMGs are present.

I doubt most AMGs know how to do procedures right out of med school they compete with residents and fellows

Some places prefer Amgs. Yea rotations don’t teachprocedures etc

And you still have a chance with Amgs. So don’t hold that against you

IMG are better in physical exam and diagnnosis !
