Applying now vs later. - sthapit17

I am applying this year. I have 2 LORs and third is still processing by ECFMG. Should I apply now with 2 LORs or wait a few days and apply later? Does applying at around 25th september decrease my chances?

Scores are 253/ 239/ Passed CS first attempt.
