Are online certificates of any help in CV - nimb

Hello, I'm stay at home mom with kids, old IMG , I am done with step 1 and 2 and has done 6month of observership. I am pregnant with my next kid, with EDD in June, so I will not be able to study for step 3 as well as not able to leave home for at least a while (can't send my new born to daycare). I have found some online certificate courses of 4-6 months, do you guys these courses will be helpful for my match or they are just waste of money

You can do these online courses and you can use them in your CV but will not be having much value as USCE in your application, also getting externship rotations will strengthen the CV and will gain strong LORs.

Online certificates will not be helpful for CV when compared to USCE and research experiences.
