Hi everyone. Please, I would like to get clarification if IMGs can apply to California in this match without PTAL letter. I know that they are going to accept the ECFMG certification, but what about people with more than 5 years since graduation. Are we going to be allow to be license in California state? Thank you in advance.

I have the same question.
ECFMG says PTAL is not necessary while applying to the ERAS 2020 - they would need it after the match though.
However, in the ERAS application there is question on PTAL

Did you notice that inconsistency? is you question arising from that?
