Can anyone give me advice on my chances of getting into a surgical residency?

Step 1 90 , Step 2 87, ECFMG certified, Step 3 will take Jan 2004, research at Cambridge University plus lab based work.

Can I expect Categorical or Prelim? J1 or H1b?
