1/81/4and 2/79/1.csa passed -

I passed step1 in 4th attempt,81 and step 2 in first attempt,79.csa passed.I applied to 100 programs,60FP and 40IM ON dec 1,got 1 interview call.please advice me how should i prepare for it.what q's they will ask,how should i answer those.please help me as it is my only chance i think.
