is it rosiglitazone ?
i read that rosiglitazone can cause an increase in both LDL and HDL, decrease free fatty acids and increase insulin sensitivity.
another side effect of rosi. is pregnancy!!!! becasue it incrases insulin sensitivity so much that pre menopausal woman can ovulate. (PCOS)
whats the rt ans?

you are rite if Rosiglitazone is given alone but if it is combined with Metformin, it decreases TG, increases HDL and improves non Alcholic steatohepatits
