1.immediate deleivery of the baby
2.liver transplant (i am no 100% sure)

usually occurs in pregnancy, with preeclampsia
if at term/ near term - immediate dly other wise corticosteroids, BP management Rx is supportive- anti HTNsive measures, platelet transfusion, steroids, plasmapheresis.. Is liver transplant a RX?
