how soon can i get a date for step 3
what is the dealine to be eligibl for h1b visa

the website mentions that 2006 application by sept 1st.
what abt those like me who get certified in nov .

you can take exam only in nov. 2006 application mean up to 31st of October. from 1st nov. they start 2007 application for step 3.
