if u have RBC hyperplasia in bone marrow...what could be the cause?
1)Fe deficiency
2)thalassemia
3)chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

correct...
in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease u can see RBC hyperplasia releasing harmone erythropoeitin,its made in the endothelial cells of peritubular capillaries..and this erythropoeitin stimulates marrow producing RBC hyperplasia....


u dont to see rbc hyperplasia in thalassemia cus u have a defect in globin chain...

u dont see rbc hyperplasia in fe deficiency cus lacking fe to make rbc.
